CONTRIBUTOR EXPECTATIONS

To participate, contributors agree to:

  • Provide a valuable resource for attendees.

  • Submit all requested information and assets by the stated deadline.

  • Provide a working access/delivery link for the resource.

  • Provide a high-quality headshot and bio.

  • Provide their business/social links.

  • Participate in event promotion.

  • Share the event with their audience when promotional materials are provided.

  • Maintain the availability of their resource for the agreed-upon period.

  • Ensure that any resource offered is their own or that they have permission to distribute it.

Participation is subject to approval.

CONTRIBUTOR PROMO EXPECTATIONS

Every contributor agrees to:

  • Send one dedicated email to their email list promoting Booked Out Women’s Week.

  • Publish two social media posts promoting the event.

  • Use the promotional graphics, copy, links, and deadlines provided.

  • Submit required bio, headshot, logo, resource information, and links by the stated deadline.

  • Provide a resource that is ready for attendees to access from Day 1.

  • Respond promptly to contributor communications and requests.

  • Promote the event professionally and accurately.

  • Avoid making misleading claims about their resource or the event.

VIP CONTRIBUTOR UPGRADE — $50

  • Premium Giveaway placement — your product/resource is included in the paid premium giveaway.

  • Featured email promotion — your offer/resource is featured in an event promotional email.

  • Featured placement on the event page — including your logo and business information.

  • Additional visibility throughout the event promotion.

  • 50% affiliate commission on premium bundle sales generated through your unique affiliate link.

  • 30% affiliate commission on BOSS memberships generated through your unique affiliate link.

Contributor spots are curated and approval is required. VIP upgrades are limited to 8 spots and are available on a first-come, first-served basis to approved contributors.
